Place walnuts and dates in a food processor or high speed blender. Mix until a thick paste or ball forms.
Add superfood hot chocolate (or cacao powder), flaxseed meal, coconut oil, nut milk, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Mix until well incorporated and smooth.
Place in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to firm up.
Scoop and form into 14 balls. The dough will still be sticky, so you might want to dip your fingers in water in between each to make it easier.
Roll in cacao powder or crushed candy canes. I recommend storing in the freezer.
