Ingredients
¾ cup oat flour, gluten free if desired
¾ cup raw cacao powder
¾ cup smooth almond butter (drippy is best)
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
½ cup cacao nibs (can sub vegan chocolate chips)
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt

Add all ingredients to a medium-sized bowl.

Mix together until completely incorporated. You might have to get in there with your hands - they're your best tool!

Scoop and roll into about 17 balls. Store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
