Place peanut butter and a small amount of nut milk in a bowl. Whisk to dissolve.
Add oats, remaining nut milk, chia seeds, maca powder and maple syrup. Stir to combine. Allow to sit for several minutes.
Pour about half of the mixture into a mason jar or air-tight container.
Layer jelly, then pour in the rest of the oatmeal.
Top with more jelly and peanut butter.
Allow to sit in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!
