In a small bowl, mix together 2 tsp of melted ghee, matcha, salt and stevia, making sure there aren't any clumps.
Set aside.
In a dutch oven or sauce pan, add the remaining 2 tsp of melted ghee with a few popcorn kernels.
Turn on medium-high heat and place the top on.
Once you hear the first pop, pour in the rest of the kernels.
Add in matcha mixture and mix to coat kernels completely before closing the lid again.
Once they begin popping, shake the pot until the pops are about 2-3 seconds apart.
Make sure to keep an eye on it, as the popcorn will burn quickly, especially when using stevia.
Pour into a bowl. Enjoy!
