Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl. Mix to incorporate well.
Spread granola on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden. Stir halfway through.
Allow to cool on the countertop.
Serve with nut milk, top on your yogurt and smoothie or enjoy as is!
Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
