Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
½ cup runny cashew butter
1 tbsp cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
1 tbsp red beet powder (I used the HumanN brand)
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
⅓ cup white chocolate chips (or regular chocolate chips; I used the Lily's Sweets brand)
Directions

Add all of the ingredients (besides the chocolate chips) to a mixing bowl. Mix together by hand to create a well-combined dough.

Pour in the chocolate chips and mix to incorporate.

Use your hands to roll into 12 balls. Store in the fridge or freezer.
