Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
Add almond butter, apple sauce, maple syrup and vanilla to a medium-sized bowl. Whisk together.
Add oats, almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt, and mix to combine completely.
Fold in raisins.
Place bowl in the fridge to chill for 10-15 minutes.
Scoop into 14 cookies, and use your fingers or a spoon to flatten into a cookie shape.
Bake for 15 minutes. Allow cookies to cool completely before removing from tray.
Store extras in an air-tight container. Enjoy!
