Ingredients
2 ½ cups cooked chicken, chopped (I used rotisserie)
½ cup hot sauce (I used Frank's)
½ cup mayo (I recommend using an avocado oil-based brand)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp black pepper
pinch of salt (not much - most hot sauce already has salt included)
parsley or chives to top, finely chopped
crackers, chips or veggies to dip
Directions
1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2
Add chicken, hot sauce, mayo, and spices to a bowl. Mix to combine completely.
3
Pour into a small casserole dish, and spread into an even layer.
4
Bake for 20 minutes, until dip is hot and bubbling.
5
Allow to cool slightly before topping with parsley or chives. Serve with crackers, chips, veggies, etc.
Enjoy!
