Pour olive oil into a cast iron or nonstick skillet. Add ground turkey, salt, pepper and oregano. Mix well, and break up turkey into chunks.
Add spinach and garlic. Completely cook turkey through, and wilt spinach. Set aside.
Divide and spread hummus among your tortillas or taco shells.
Spoon on ground turkey mixture.
Top with red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, feta, mint and dill. Drizzle with tzatziki. Enjoy!
