Ingredients
15 oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
¼ cup avocado oil mayo
¼ red onion, finely chopped
3 dill pickle spears, chopped
3 tbsp raisins (optional)
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp curry powder
salt & pepper to taste

To a bowl, add chickpeas. Use the back of a fork, garlic masher or other tool to smash to desired consistency.

Add all additional ingredients, and mix to combine completely. Adjust seasonings to taste.

Serve with crackers, in a sandwich, on greens, in a wrap or however you desire. Enjoy!
