Ingredients
1 cup dates, pitted
1 cup gluten free rolled oats
1 cup raw walnuts (sprouted if possible)
1 scoop Ancient Nutrition Cold Brew Collagen Protein
1 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp nut milk
pinch of salt
¼ cup cacao nibs

Add dates, oats and walnuts to a food processor or high speed blender. Blend until well-combined.

Add collagen, cacao powder, hemp seeds, nut milk and salt. Pulse until a dough forms.

Pour in cacao nibs, and mix by hand.

Scoop, and roll into 12 balls. Store in the freezer.
