Arrange a base of butter lettuce and arugula.
Top with tuna, hardboiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, radishes, haricot verts, potatoes, red onion, capers and olives.
Sprinkle with fresh taragon and basil.
For the vinaigrette, add lemon juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, dijon, salt and pepper to a bowl.
Mix well to emulsify.
Pour vinaigrette over salads and toss well.
