2 cups rolled oats
1 cup almonds, chopped
¼ cup cacao (or cocoa) powder
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
⅓ cup candied ginger, chopped
¼ cup molasses
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp all spice
½ tsp salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl. Mix to combine well.

Spread mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Remove from the oven, and allow granola to cool completely.

Serve with nut milk or sprinkle on yogurt. Enjoy!
