Ingredients
½ cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)
½ cup smooth almond butter
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup vegan chocolate chips (I use Lily's Dark Chocolate Baking Chips)
½ tsp salt

Add all ingredients to a medium-sized bowl.

Mix to create a well-combined dough.

Scoop and roll into 12 balls. Store in the fridge or freezer.
