Combine spices and store in an airtight container.
Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with parchment paper.
Combine oats, apricots, almonds, coconut flakes, chai spice and salt in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, add almond butter, honey and vanilla extract. Microwave for about 30 seconds to loosen up the mixture. Mix to combine.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well incorporated. Get in there with your hands if need be!
*Note* If you find the mixture is a bit too dry, add more almond butter. If it's too wet, add more oats. Personally, I found these proportions worked well.
Pour mixture into your parchment-lined dish. Use the bottom of a cup or spatula to press down, making an even layer. Press until it's packed tightly and no spaces remain.
Cover the baking dish and put in the fridge. Allow to chill for a couple of hours before slicing into squares.
