Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a metal baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl, and stir to combine completely.
Pour onto the prepared baking sheet, and spread into one, even layer.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove, and allow to cool uncovered.
Serve with nut milk or sprinkle on top of your favorite yogurt or smoothie bowl. Store extras in an airtight container.
